We are so grateful to have the technology to be able to share our offerings after the recent BC Health Restrictions put in place on Nov 7th. Although we can't be together in the physical, we hope you will create your own beautiful practice space with anything you need to be comfortable; practice mat, water, props + share the virtual space with our community on Zoom. Upon signing up, you will receive a zoom link for your event. Please contact us if you don't receive one.

Although we are saddened by the postponing our Pop-Up, we hope these offerings can serve your mental + physical health + healing.
